Warmth and ease is an essential part of what the team of Yoga @ 42 Main wants to share with the community.

Nyack Yoga @ 42 Main, (formerly Lift Nyack), is beginning the New Year with an expanded schedule. Whether you need to relax and ease into gentle practice or challenge yourself to the core of your physical and mental being, you may find breakthrough insights and enrich your life through a wide variety of classes and workshops. You can choose from the classes for beginners, gentle, therapeutic and prenatal yoga, vigorous vinyasa classes, yoga for kids, and educational sessions for yoga teachers and advanced students. In addition to the current popular monthly workshops like “Unwinding Your Mind and Spirit”, “Back Care Yoga” and “Partner Yoga”, Yoga @ 42 Main will be adding an exciting selection of new workshops like “Yoga for Sports Injuries”, “Yoga for Arthritis”, “Anusara Yoga Alignment Principles”, “Advancing Your Asana”.

All the teachers at Yoga @ 42 Main are seasoned yogis, some of them have been teaching in the area for several years, and have been highly trained in different schools of Hatha yoga: Anusara, Forrest, Restorative and Vinysa/Flow. No matter what style of yoga they teach, their goal is to make their students feel welcome, safe and comfortable, inspire them to manage stress, expand their knowledge of yoga, and find joy in the practice of yoga.
