About Jessica: Jessica came to the practice in 2003 and was blown away by the multi-dimensional transformation she experienced by making the commitment to show up on her mat consistently. The simple pairing of mindful movement and breath work balanced her moods, cleared negative thought patterns, and shifted a tight uncomfortable physicality into a strong, flexible space she could really LIVE in. Inspired by her own personal transformation, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher certification in 2007 and has been teaching aspects of the practice to clients of all ages and physicality’s, within her work as a licensed social worker. She recently felt called to come back to guiding group asana to hold a space for powerful, large scale, life-shifting, sweaty, in-person, collective, transformation. Yes, transformation can get sweaty and it feels like a good time for that. In class students can expect to, find the heat, laugh, sigh, release, reveal and begin to heal self limiting beliefs that keep them from living their fullest and most vibrant life. All transformation is available for both on and off mat purposes.
